Why Google maybe evil ?

I have a website marianrivera.info for Philippine actress marian rivera, google has disabled serving ads to the said site even though the policy violation was already corrected. They did not give the site a second chance at all. So I believe we should have a better alternative to google adsense. I was thinking of bidvertise as my backup provider.

There motto : don't be evil, for me they are doing wrong for being inconsiderate.

here is what google replied :

Thanks for your email. Ad serving was disabled on marianrivera.info as a
result of policy violations in the past and this domain is no longer
eligible for participation in the AdSense program.
