RSL BUS Transpo Feedback

I tried RSL bus to check its condition versus Cagsawa bus, here is my findings :

1. Their waiting area has no aircon and it lack chairs for waiting passengers, the C.R. is also not good compared to Cagsawa Restroom.

2. Their buses has defective TV, they do not show any movies during the trip, my chair do not have water/snack holder.

3. Their stop over is chowking and robertson which is the previous stopover of Cagsawa.

4. They have a lot of passenger going down along the way, so we arrived in Tabaco around 7am already. Cagsawa can arrive as early as 6am.

My Rating for RSL is 7. for Cagsawa the rating is 8. I'm hoping a new bus company with a better service comes along.
