Police has issued this warning : if your driving after dark and see an incoming car with no hedlyts on, DO NOT FLASH your lights at them. This a common BLOODS member initiation game, the new gang member under initiation drives along with no headlight and the 1st car to flash their headlights at him to know his target. He is now required to chase that car then shot and kill everyone in the car and order to complete his initiation. They drive around on friday and saturday nights. they are also known to drive with Hi beams on and will do the same. please pass
