Cagsawa Travel and Tours Feedback

I have rode Cagsawa bus so many times, but lately it seems they are having a problem with their buses, sometimes in june I have rode in Cagsawa and they encountered an aircon problem, so we have to wait for almost 5 hours for another bus to pick us up. I was delayed in my meeting at Tabaco. Another time in october, one of their bus hit a car and we were delayed for 2 hours as we need to go to LTO at the pier. So I decided to try their Royale Elite class and I still found a problem, the air is very smelly in my seat, I really don't know whether its the bus, someone near me or they simply forgot to clean the seat. So I requested to be transferred to another seat, where the air smells better.

I frequently book my bus at Malate branch and sometimes their employees comes very late.

I hope they improve their service or a better bus should come in.

Update : April 28, 2008 - I recently rode Cagsawa Bus Royale Elite and found out that they do not open their cabin light when passenger are boarding, so you have to grope around just to find your seat. This is the Bus B of Cagsawa at Malate and do you know the temperature reaches 14c so always bring your jacket.
