Forwarded by a CDO resident : During retailers meeting at DTI. VJANDEP pastel (CDO delicacy) owner Col. Jose arrogantly told DTI not to allow Chinoys to participate in voting on resolutions because he said that Chinese are not people but HAYOP! Let us boycott VJANDEP pastel.
